General Information

Financial Policy

Fees and Payments:  We require 50% payment at the time service is rendered with the exception of consults which we require 100%.  We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, Care Credit and CapitalOne healthcare financing. For the remaining balance, we ask that you leave a credit card number on file or a post dated check to finalize the transaction in thirty (30) days.

Insurance:  As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance for you and in most cases you will receive a refund from your insurance company within a couple of weeks. Conway Endodontics is not an in-network provider with any insurance company. Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all of the cost of dental care.  Treatment fees are the patient's responsibility. This includes any fees not covered by your dental insurance. If you have dental insurance, please provide our office with your plan information so that we are able to file your dental claim in a timely manner.

Financing: We provide patient financing through Care Credit and CapitalOne healthcare finance. If you are interested in either of these services, please call the office or come by prior to your appointment to fill out an application. Financing is subject to approval and can usually be obtained within 30 minutes.
